Thank you for visiting The Aubrey Lynch channel. I'm a former dancer with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, former associate producer of Disney's The Lion King, former Dance Director and Chief officer of Education and Creative Programs at Harlem School of the Arts and current Dean of Students and Director of ABT Wellness and ABT RISE with American Ballet Theatre. I created this channel to share the life lessons and universal truths that I've learned and invite you to join me on the path of self-awareness and enlightenment. Although these skills take a lifetime to learn, we must continue to explore ways to live consciously and not be run by the subconscious triggers of everyday life.
