About Northern Brother

Northern Brother is an "Americanadian" band whose three members hail from Seattle, San Diego and Redwater, Alberta. Their debut EP, The Long View, draws from the band members' roots in power pop, alternative and classic rock. From the jangly guitar pop of "Karma Bomb" and "Golden Gardens" to the dramatic crescendo of "Mirrors" and lush orchestration of "Someday," the album's six songs are rich with emotion.

Northern Brother is guitarist Alfredo Tryferis, bassist and singer Jon Scarantino, and drummer Jeff Dakus. The Long View was produced by Northern Brother and recorded at The Rock Lodge in Redwater, Alberta.
