Toxic self-shame is the fuel for the relationships. There is no way out, now. there's only you, & wether or nah you want to walk.
What you've given up can never come back, that's why you can be so happy ("happy")... Now, you can continue that happiness or you can mourn. And what could remain would escape then.
When you stop self-shame, retribution is coming. Next.. repeat of ur childhood................Until you're ready to attack (call out, confront) all three of us simultaneously.. you can as well accept our abuse.
