A view from an athletic alter boy,whom competed with the highest caliber of athletes through out southern California constantly working out while growing up,serving my lord at mass M-f before classes at St.Catherine laboure school,and dreams of serving a lifetime to my catholic faith,looking up seminaries to attend,to a life of struggling with a disease from biblical times,in wich,like today was looked down upon,as an evil person with evil spirits,and killed due to not understanding,needing education on,and stoned to death due to the stigma.depression is a disease that affects millions of professional athletes,actors,cultures,kids adults all over the world,and still with literature at our fingertips,on this subject,a stigma still exists,my struggle with,leading me to solitary confinement for beating on 2 police ofcrs.and fighting a 10 year bid,in solitary comfinement.blessed for god putting me there,and my total content,joyous life i live today
