About The Bakers on a few acres
We are attempting to build a small family farm on our 15 acres in west central Missouri. Our focus is on building farm infrastructure, gardening, and growing our meat goat herd. We have raised meat chickens and pigs, and are currently adding quail and some egg layers. Our hope is to be able to eventually generate some supplemental income in our golden years, and trying to be as self sufficient as possible.
