Hello ! My name is Hannah, i am 20 years old and live with a chronic illness. Follow my life thru vlogs as i try to navigate life with Postural orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (p.o.t.s) and Dystonia. My goal with this youtube channel is to be honest about all the up's and down's, no matter how hard life can get but you have to keep fighting and stay positive, because hey we are only human. I hope to help those out there going thru similar situations or at least be someone to relate to when life gets tough.
