These videos are specifically for showing freediving into the underwater spring caves/caverns in Florida. I have more experience than most freedivers going into caves and caverns. Many people wonder what it looks like down in the spring cave, so here's the answer. Taking video in these caves is difficult while freediving because of the effort and concentration to shoot video and freedive at the same time, so please forgive any shakiness in the footage.
