Welcome to my channel. With a background and expertise in Ayurvedic medicine, Yoga, Healing, Spirituality, I can say that I am as much a student as a teacher. My life experiences and the amazing clients that I work with have taught me a lot more than books ever have.

I live a guided and conscious life and it is my calling to share with you what I know in the hopes that you may also live a guided and conscious life. The key to healing all our ailments is Consciousness - that holds within the power to heal beyond our imagination. That's the whole work of a lifetime and then some. We will always have a shadow as long as we are in the body - that's the way we get to understand our light.
