Hi! On this channel, I'll be keeping a record of my speaking English progress. I'd started English again at the age of 28 (wow.. it's already been three decades. How time flies!). That's when my oldest child had just started elementary school, and it made me want to start something new myself. I was just curious to know if someone like myself who had regarded English as merely one of the school subjects, and had even never been abroad could become a pretty good English speaker by studying from that age. Although the first few years of my endeavor was quite enjoyable and refreshing, which did actually improve my English a lot, my becoming a single mother then had made it hard for me to continue learning as much, and it'd left me nowhere ever since.
After many unfruitful attempts, and my bowl cancer experience in 2022, I've finally become determined this time around to make myself fluent by doing something that I'd always somewhat avoided - SPEAKING ENGLISH! Life is short. Get on it NOW!
