Join me, a 44 yr old recovering addict, as I learn how to parent, have emotions and interact with the world around me, without substances.
I'll talk about my gnarly, terrible history with trauma, domestic violence and how I abused and neglected my children.
I will also talk about spirituality, recovery from substance use disorder, and all of the wonderful and amazing things I get to do now because I'm alive. Because I'm alive, with a clear head I get to experience life. And I find this to be a tremendous gift. I am loving The human experience and I want to share that with you.
