I POST VIDEOS EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY

Some Mondays are Meals Mondays. As long as I have a meal or food, that is deemed worthy of showing off! Mondays are also used for Mental Health Mondays.

Fridays are Fitness Fridays. I will post fitness/health related videos on Fridays, as much as I can.

Topic/Discussion videos
Q&A videos
Demonstration videos
Guest speakers
