About What's Doug up to today

Follow me on a light hearted yet very serious attempt to improve my health and extend my life through responsible weight loss. While I am eating a tremendous amount of my calories on the road at Taco Bells, I am making best possible choices as I do so and I am primarily working through a calorie deficit dieting plan I have created for myself of about 1300-1700 calories per day. To be clear I eat at home as well. Maybe 1/3 Taco Bell and the rest evening dinners mostly at home with my wife's wonderful meal prep. Beyond that, I realize it is likely no one will ever have an interest or watch my dieting videos as they generally do poorly on You tube and to that I say "that is ok with me" as I have to do this for me anyway and after being a You tube consumer/producer since 2016, I'm gonna start sharing my journey daily and also publish "What's Doug up to today" videos too as it just sounds fun. I enjoy seeing if people interact and studying the analytics that get generated.
