Mastering my states and emotions in a very conscious way. (Leaning on teachings of Tony Robbins' GET THE EDGE & TIME OF YOUR LIFE audio courses) Developing strategies to use when MS is actively impacting moving and cognitive functions. Recovering from my bed ridden loss of muscle tonus from inactivity, and ballance and coordination issues.Some of issues arise from being bedridden in April 2017 with MS relapse for nearly 4 months. I'm currently unemployed although, I take care of my 96 year old mom. Basically a trip from nowhere to someplace I'd like to live.
