My name is Scott and I'm using the name Scout from a friend of mines 4 year old daughter who thought that was my name..

It's a fitting name for someone who likes to travel off the beaten path. I prefer to travel by motorcycle. Riding a motorcycle provides opportunities and freedoms that only motorcyclist can understand. I'm a rider and I live to ride!

I've ridden motorcycles most of my life but my first long trip was with a childhood friend. We decided when we'd turn 30 we ride Harley's to Montana where his parents lived. I became hooked and thought my next trip had to be longer.

So this journey started in California and I made my way 11,000 miles to my cousins house in Lahti, Finland.

My goal is to travel back to California continuing east from Finland. So this is my journey documented. At the very least I hope these videos inspire others to live the life they desire. You can go to www.scoutisout.com to follow along!
