*BEAT PRICES*

*Basic lease* - (includes .mp3 file through emailing, streaming up to 5k and basic info like bpm and key) - **25**

*Premium lease* - (includes .wav file, up to 10k streams, includes basic info like key and bpm, and will be delivered by email) - **35**

*Unlimited lease* - (includes everything In premium lease, but with the added benefit of no limitations on streaming) - **80**

*Exclusive* - (includes unlimited streaming, wav files and all stems and track outs, **the beat will also not be resold or for lease anymore and I will unlist the beat**) - **125** (**price MAY vary**)

*Trackouts/stems* - (if you wish you have the trackouts/stems for a beat but don’t have the exclusive license then you can buy them separately, they will be .wav) - **60** (per 15k streams or units)
