Just so everyone knows, I'm male. The user name Girlgarde means to guard or protect girls since I'm a gentleman.

Anyways, I'm interested in anime, science fiction, computers, the internet, history, alternate history, prehistoric creatures, space, television, wrestling, etc.

In regards to political views, I'm left leaning. This means that I support protecting the environment, unions and believe in supporting public health care and education.

However, I support the War on Terror because even though I dislike who was in charge of America when 9/11 occured, I also understand that Islamic fundamentalism is a major threat to the safety and security of democracy.
