My story – on April 9, 2017, I experienced a massive heart attack called the “Widow Maker”. The widowmaker only has a 3% survival rate but I was one of the lucky ones. I was given this incredible opportunity for a second chance at life, and I have taken full advantage of it.

In 2020 and during the Covid shutdown, my wife and I purchased Electric Mountain bikes and a Sea-Doo Spark 3 up Jet Ski and we have been having a blast. I have been riding 2 to 3 times a week since and have been taken off all my blood pressure and cholesterol medication. My goal is not to just share our travels of mountain biking and Jet Skiing, but also to share the health benefits it brings as well.
