Northern Transcon Railcams - Otter Tail Channel (NTR-OTC) has a clear mission: to install cameras along the Northern Transcon and its subdivisions, serving as a replacement for the loss of ATCS. We are also branching out to where our viewers ask us to go. We are here to please them after all. The initiative began in April 2018 with the installation of the first camera in Perham, followed by a second camera in Wadena in September 2021. Subsequently, cameras were added in many other states and Wisconsin locations. NTR is actively expanding its network and seeking appropriate locations for additional camera installations. As a viewer-supported endeavor, NTR expresses gratitude towards its members and users who contribute through our membership feature.
