"There should be a perimeter around Rahul Gandhi. If you see the video, it is evident that there is a lapse in security. The workers had to do the job of protecting him. There are two to three other instances," Rohan Gupta, Congress spokesperson, said when asked what makes him believe there was a security breach during the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra'.
