Karna was the closest friend of Duryodhana, the eldest of the Kaurava brothers. He fought on Duyodhana’s behalf against his own brothers during the Epic battle of Mahabharata.
Karna was one of the greatest warriors, whose pugnacious are mentioned in the epic, and the only warrior believed to be able to defeat Arjuna in battle.
