I’m Mark Simon. Welcome to the Game. My partner, Kevin Mullin, is on assignment.
Herb Perez was elected to the Foster City Council in 2011 and re-elected in 2015. He is termed out at the end of the year. Nonetheless, a group of residents launched a successful petition drive to recall him. Foster City voters will vote yes or no on whether he should be forced out of office, and then decide between two candidates, Patrick Sullivan and Jon Froomin.
