This is my NATA 2012 submission for the first round- discovering time travel.
I spent long hours on this baby, mainly drawing out the girl again and again. If I had more time there are some things I would sort out but it's the best I could do in the short time and with my A-level exams coming up in a weeks time.
I don't really mind if my submission does not get picked. Just getting it seen by the judges and by Dave Bruno's audience is reward enough. Also Mr Fulp if you are reading this- Is there flash API Adds that can run in CS5? If there arent will there ever be?
In case any of you are interested, I got my inspiration for this story from a few things. The main two where the scene in "Spirited away" when she goes through the tunnel into the spirit world. And the other is by reading the Chronicles of Ancient darkness book series which is set thousands of years in the past. Then when I heard this soundtrack by VersaEmerge it came together in my head. If theres any message that can be taken from this it is that humans have messed up the world beyond repair. Oh- and dont go into creepy looking tunnels.
I strongly recommend that you use good quality headphones/speakers when watching this.
