  • Mad respect for referencing how capybaras do tend to hop out at the after party.
  • @ncoen
Here in argentina Capybaras are known as CARPINCHOS, and they are quite a meme for getting into residential and upper class neighberhoods, eating all their flowers and being friends with their pets. We love them <3
  • @dinomation
Capybaras are definitely one of the best animals out there, they are so chill!
  • I like this animal. Quite distinguished, very refined, and utterly breathtaking. What a fine group of young gentleman, may they prosper
  • @fast1nakus
literally just watched a video of them pulling up.
  • Capybaras are the optimal life form. We should aspire to be a capybara, not a homo sapien.
  • @Carlos_Lenz
Though friendly, there's a reason not approach Capybaras even in parks. They can have star ticks (as we call in Brazil, carrapato-estrela), which can transmit a potentially fatal disease.
  • In some cities with lakes here in Brazil, you can literally find they chilling out in the both sides of the street despite people jogging and cars passing by. They are basically a pleasant urban and rural plague
  • Thanks for finally covering one of the most popularity gaining animals in the last few years! Capys deserve all the love they’ve been getting lately.
  • @1307
i was just in Brazil two weeks ago! I have to admit when i saw these in the wild, i squealed like a 4 year old! They are the chillest animals
  • @spacepopeXIV
2:18 Can't believe no one's talking about the cute little bird on top of the capybara here, it's so adorable. The capybara is just chilling and eating, and the bird is also just chilling.
  • @DaimyoD0
The part about their vocalizations being group-specific is mind-blowing.
  • 3:11 incorrect ! Actually they’re not just found in those places, they’re known to pull up and hop out wherever there’s an after party.
  • @laurenr842
uncle Ben at the urban rescue ranch has 2 rescued cappy blappys and also sings this song to them a lot... hmmmm
  • @AntonioZL
OK I PULL UP Edit: they're so common in Brazil to the point where you can find groups crossing the streets even in urban centers. One time I found a dead one in the walkway, few meters from the park. It probably got hit by a careless driver. :(
  • @Dizzy.404
Mad respect, thank you for finally confirming the hypothesis that capybaras indeed hop out at the after party
