I'm so happy to be at a point in my life where I don't need this song anymore. I didn't surrender, and now my life is more wonderful than I could've ever imagined back then. Many thanks to this song for getting me and so many others through it. It DOES get better.

this song has so much nostolgia for me, back when I was younger I thought this song was for superheros and stuff like that, but now I know the original meaning of this song and it really hits hard and relatable.
