"where ever you guys go, I'm there with you...." Covered for this dude as a contractor (Retired Marine here), he was as fearless and funny on the tarmac as the stage. Just another great talent burnt the candle too fast. R.I.P. Ralphie (fellow Texan), the gates are guarded by Jarheads waiting for the next joke.

“GET HIM OFF THAT WEAPON!!” “THEY’RE NOT JUST SHOOTING AT YOU!!”

The world needs a guy like him again. Ppl missed out

Have only just begun to appreciate how great this guy was. Wish he was still with us.
-
The thought of him rolling around un-tethered in a Blackhawk is bringing tears to my eyes!
-

I love Ralphie and miss him dearly... saw him live 3 times and met him twice after the shows. He was always so nice to his fans.

I laugh so hard when he's talking about the helicopter ride and firing the gun. Dude was absolutely hilarious. R.I.P. Ralphie May

I served 20 in the Army and retired in 1990, before S--- hit the fan. This is the first time I heard Ralphie had gone to entertain the troops. It made me cry for his support of the troops in harms way. Love you more for it Ralphie!
