You probably overcapped on the cache of embers. You get one for all three activities but they are unique so if you already have one in the bag the next one will just poof Doragosa spawns puddles on 4 stacks since this season - they haven't updated the debuff text tho :P

A lot of tanks dont soak the 2nd boss because its a waste of time, since the boss pretty easy most of them just save their defensives stay in and blast and then use set defensives when he becomes enraged, overall much more dmg output, depending on key lvl and affix, other factors

Outlaw is SAD, DONT DO IT! I play Outlaw/main rogue since S2 and Outlaw is the WORST RNG FIESTA in the planet! Not to mention the capped aoe on Blade Flurry and the HORRENDOUS apm needed to do sub par damage of any class with lego! Rather Tell you to Go Sub Rogue (Single Target KIND and cleave/aoe under dog) cause aoe is uncapped! Shuriken Tornado + Black Powder is life.
