Immunity to all diseases ( In an alternate universe, Etho is given a special herb by his grandma which gives him an immunity to all diseases) Weaknesses/Bonus Notes: In certain timelines etho seems to have an easily damagable power core. If he has a power core. However evidence suggest main timeline etho has a functioning heart and organs as well as a power core located somewhere else that is much more sturdy.
