  • Meta should hire this guy and have this implemented in the UI as standard for all headsets :)
  • @ad_tad7623
Done. Honestly I'm blown away. Just played contractors showdown and the difference is huge. So much clearer. Feels like playing on PCVR
  • @bonezj117
BROOOOOO! I just did this and loaded up Showdown on HD not HD+, just HD and it looked like a PCVR game! Thank you for sharing this. Don't know why Meta devs don't just do this out the box.

This is a gamechanger for me. I purchased and went through the steps. The visual difference is amazing, even for horizon worlds. I played long enough for one of my rechargeable batteries to deplete which has never happened before. I'm not sure why this isn't implemented natively, but hey, it's a fix for now. Thank you to the developer and BMFVR for this clear instructional video. Honestly, I've felt like the quest 3 had poor/fuzzy graphics, but I supported it to aid the VR movement. Now I feel like I actually have a VR headset and I'm very satisfied.

I use it and I know that it works. I know that it works because if I forget to turn the optimizer on and start playing a game, I'm always confused why everything looks like crap. And then I realized that crap is how regular people see the games who don't use the optimizer.
  • @harpapmac
Thanks BMF i bought it, installed it in 5 minutes and played contractors showdown with my quest 2. The difference is almost night and day
  • @ewarwoowoo244
Thanks for the easy to follow guide, worked a treat!

I’ve been using it for about a year and it’s 100% worth a purchase. Version 10 is so great because you no longer need a PC from time to time.
  • @carlthewinner
Thanks for this video. I found it very helpful to walk through the whole process. Very cool :)
  • @AndyLPlays
Just got it on sale looking forward to checking it out tonight! Thanks for letting us know!
  • @lifeliver001
I bought it 2 months ago and had no luck making it work through my PC. I’ll try this method.
  • @ji3200

  • @RACKzMx

Two questions. After i download qgo, and go to where my apps are already stored when I open up a game does it automatically use qgo, or do i need to open up the app from there. Also does qgo update itself, or do I have to redownload qgo version 11, and go through that all over again?
  • @nassifsamuel55
Hmm. Always thought you needed a pc for this. Awsome tutorial, ill go buy it now 👍... update, got it, tried warplanes, and everything is way crisper, so cool
  • @JonathanOber
You sold me on this ... purchased and installed, now to play some games.
  • Hey man! Love your videos, I'll definitely think about getting this. I've been playing a lot of a Mixed Reality game that's super fun, and the dev is active in the discord and listens to community feedback. He's made a game called "FPS Enhanced Reality" which is a MR shooter, and "Hauntify" which is an MR horror game. They are both amazing and on app lab for cheap. I'd recommend trying them, and playing them on the channel would really help to popularize the game. He just massively updated the shooter with missions, and I believe it is getting an official store release in August. But I'd recommend giving these a try!
