Not sure it's fixed, it's just how football is in some parts of the world. Referees eating oranges during games, a match being added 25 minutes of extra time just because it was interrupted for 25 minutes even tho there were only 7 minutes left of it etc. Seen it all at africa cup of nations.

Fixed games are real. Though you’d ask yourself why leak this info for some few bucks when you can just keep the info to yourself and bet all. But do you know folks build careers on fixed games? It’s a hustle. As long as you hear fixed games gone wrong , definitely some were successful.

This match... was togo amateurs (coach togo had no players lol). Coach Togo did get a team in 1 day from street ;). Second half players from Togo could not walk/run anymore. Coach Togo banned for life.
