You are a breath of fresh air Jim and not to mention how beautiful all of your cymbidiums are. Great to hear an expert explaining with ease considering the amount of knowledge one needs to learn to grow cymbidiums successfully. I am collecting heat-tolerant cymbidiums to grow here in Samoa and have quite a variety from Thailand and Australia. I would love to buy some flasks of your varieties if that is at all possible. These plants are heavenly and give so much serenity and pleasure!

Love McBeans and love Jim! Always my go to cymb expert when looking for guidance. Has to be one of the top two UK orchid nurseries. Buy British orchids and keep these guys going for another 100 years <3
  • Thank you so much for doing these videos! There aren’t a lot of info on growing cymbidiums from pro growers. The sight of cymbidiums as far as the eyes can see is such a medicine for my soul!! One question if you’re don’t mind me asking, are they considered high-light orchids? Mine are growing leaves but not spikes and I wonder if I’m not giving it enough sun......

Can you share growing tips? What fertilizer, how often? What type of barks? You have some amazing varieties and I wish I can get some!!! 💖💖💖
  • This is the first time I've watched a video on your channel it just popped up on my Newsfeed and I subscribed! I also shared this with two other Orchid channels on YouTube Ed's orchids and a lady named Carolyn and her husband's name Jack and the combination of both their names is their YouTube channel name which is j a c o l l y n s orchids... I also have my own YouTube channel I have over 70 orchids but I do not have cymbidiums I live in the United States is it possible to buy any orchids from you! This is the most fascinating video I think I've ever watched on Orchids
