Lived in Costa Rica for 14 months. The year round humidity was extremely challenging; like living inside a sponge.

The video omits unpleasant truths about each country. There is a reason they are inexpensive.
  • The dollar costs this vologer is giving out is totally misleading, his numbers need to be doubled to have a reasonable retirement, it needs to be tribled to have a safe, comfortable retirement Typical YouTube vologer, luring you in for subs, likes views Note, for every 1000 views he gets $20, for inaccurate information Google those countries for yourself, don't go by what any vologers like this guy is pedalling you😂

Why is India's ranking better than the Philippines?
  • If India is such a good place how come so many of them are leaving India moving to other countries ?

Many of these countries are not safe unless you remain within the walls of a resort. Then Caribbean islands mentioned would be a bad choice for the LGBTQ community. I have friends from some of these islands and they left because their lives were in danger.

Jamaica and South Africa have massive crime rates and should be avoided even as a tourist. When I stayed at a resort in Jamaica, there were armed guards at all gates of the 8' high fence surrounding the property. Read the crime stats if your personal safety is important to you.

The cost of living in Malaysia is affordable but the new MM2H visa requirements are not. In addition, the rules keep changing so it can be hard to plan on retiring there. There are several versions of MM2H and it is not longer possible to apply directly. Applicants must use a registered agent, and their fees are not cheap either.

One of the countries you introduced I have been to, it is worth a try

Malaysia and the Caribbean countries mentioned are worth considering............Forget the others !!

What About telling us where these countries are situated
  • India is a beautiful country but if I have to live there, I would choose Jaisalmer for its Desert, Shimla for its forest, Srinagar for its beautiful lake and Leh for its majestic, snow-capped mountains. Reason common to these 3 places are less or almost not dusty (I am allergic to dust hehehe) Cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata are chaotic, a bit untidy and noisy.
  • The Philippines is the cheapest English speaking country for retirement.Everybody speaks english, people are generally polite, nice tropical weather, and the only predominantly christian country in Asia.
