I just played in a charity scramble yesterday... went home with my lower back hurting and woke up with it hurting even more (I'm only 29 years old). This video shows up on my suggested this morning so of course I am clicking on it. After watching this, I am fairly certain I have some reverse pivot going on. Can't wait to get back out to the range with this in mind

Do you have a video that explains where pain in the left lat/side comes from for a right-handed golfer. Really flares up as I get to longer clubs.

This is exactly what I was feeling and didn’t even realize I was doing it. Have been doing the spiral staircase Pete Cowen drill. What do you think?
