This is so "Handwritten" album coded, but as if this is the album's older and wiser brother. He rediscovers where he came from and this is the most beautiful thing ever. 💗

Shawn looks like he got married, had kids, and has lived in the woods for years until the main characters track him down so he can go on one last mission with them. Also, at one point he fights a bunch of people easily to show he still has game.

I can’t help but notice how “why why why” is symbolic with the sound of a baby’s cry “wa wa wa” and the lyrics about still calling out for his mother make it even more noticeable and that’s just cool

y'all have no idea how much i've been waiting for shawn to come back and give us more beautiful music again, i had a lot of mixed emotions when i heard he was releasing an album after 4 years, Shawn was really an important influence on my teenage years so i have a lot of love and support for him still. after all this time i just hope he's doing better than ever but most importantly i hope he's happy. Shawn is back in the game!!!

This song seems like its him being overwhelmed by fame and stardom and he got to a breaking point and needed to get away. Needed to get away to the country, chill, drink, smoke a little, and clear his head with some friends. Can tell by the lyrics he has been through some things but now, he is in a good headspace and is back. I love it.

So I've been noticing how it shows on his face that he smokes a lot of weed. He still looks handsome, but from personal experience being sober gives you a different glow and you look better, it's also better at the end of the day for your mind too. Anyway, this is just probably a very unpopular opinion.
