Sadhguru is a Yogi, Mystic, and Visionary. Named one of India’s 50 most influential people, Sadhguru’s work has touched the lives of millions worldwide through his transformational programs. He has a unique ability to make the ancient yogic sciences relevant to contemporary minds, and his approach does not ascribe to any belief system but offers powerful and proven methods for self-transformation.

An internationally renowned speaker and author of the New York Times Bestseller Inner Engineering: A Yogi’s Guide to Joy, Sadhguru has been an influential voice at major global forums including the United Nations and the World Economic Forum, addressing issues as diverse as socioeconomic development, leadership, and spirituality. He is regularly invited to speak at leading educational institutions, including Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Stanford, Wharton, and MIT.

Dedicated to the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of humanity, Sadhguru possesses a perspective on life and living that never fails to intrigue, challenge, and surprise all those he encounters. In 1992, Sadhguru established Isha Foundation — a non-profit, volunteer-run organization that operates globally in over 300 centers supported by more than nine million volunteers. Through powerful yoga programs for inner transformation and inspiring social outreach initiatives, Isha Foundation has created a massive movement dedicated to addressing all aspects of human well-being.

What was the biggest lesson you pulled from Sadhguru? Let me know!
  • @AntjeCobbett
The biggest lesson for me must be when he talked about the tree. The bigger/older the tree becomes, the better it will be. I'm 65 and I'm that tree, healthy, happy with still space to grow. I've taken responsibility for my life, especially for being healthy and fit and "growing" in old age.

"You can call it tension, stress, anxiety, misery, whatever. Essentially your intelligence has turned against you. That's all it is."

I thank the universe for this man. Has changed my life for the better. And continues to change my life. At 50 years old I’ve spent most of my life searching for answers to this or that. I’m reading his book inner engineering. Awesome! Life is amazing and it’s amazing to find out it’s so simple. Thank you. My family thanks you. Keep doing what your doing.

I love the way that Lewis analyzed comments on spot. The speaker is able to clarify 9n spots, its genius!

Listening to him for 3 hrs straight and I still feel attentive and peaceful.
  • Most profound part of the interview for me was the comparison if a 5 year old to an adult and the happiness you felt as a child and what you feel now as an adult. How much this experience has reversed.

Sadhguru is my everything I'm not Indian but I been following his energy for quite sometime and learning from him has changed my life completely ❤🙌🏾
  • So love and admire Sadhguru. He is sooo innately wise, peaceful loving and enlightening and I love the fact that he always has a sense of fun and joy about him. He is definitely someone I am choosing to become more like.... he is a huge inspiration to me. Very grateful again Lewis for your very valuable, enlightening and educational podcast here on utube. Love and light 🙏🏼🥰❤️
  • I am very happy to see that Sadhguru is being introduced to a Western, more mainstream mind. This interview was great but also very introductory. His laughter and easy-to-understand responses belies the magnitutude of power this being holds. His Inner Enginnering course is an online program that lays the foundation of psychological clarity and balance while his in-person initiation is an energetic transmission from guru to disciple, what is otherwise known as shaktipat. The yoga he offers is called kriya yoga, the path towards self-realization using energy. When you have the power of a guru supporting your spiritual journey, the work you can accomplish exponentially increases in this lifetime .🙏🏻🌟💚🌎🧘🏻‍♀️🥰

Omg! I love that you have Sadhgura as a guest! Sleep only 3/4 hours a day and feeling great! Would love that!! Eckhart Tolle next, please! 😉❤️🙏🏽
  • My mind is blown. I've been reading philosophical books for years but this is just next level for me. I feel as if I just meditated! And my mind is generally VERY busy, and I do need A LOT of sleep! Sadhguru, please, enlighten me some more 🙏🏼😋

Hello, I'm 10 minutes into the video and I may report I just checked my pulse rate for the first time since I got initiated into the practice of Shambhavi Mahamudra during Inner Engineering back in January 20th. Well... It's 65 🥳 It used to be between 75 and 80+ since forever. I sleep like a baby, digest food pretty decently now, got balance in my body, way calmer mind, much more manageable emotions, constant improvement on some serious joint issues... Only thanks to this practice. I'm yes and yes about Sadhguru... I would recommend him and his practices to you all 🙏🏻 Thank you Sadhguru 🌺🙏🏻

Without saying a word, we can connect in such a profound way it is incredible. Your internet of inner peace is there. Don’t just visualize world peace, be that piece of creating that entire picture.

  • Reminds us of our mortality. Wow, death reminds us how limited our energy & time here on Earth. Use it wisely.. I have to watch this video over and over again until I fully understand it. Great content, Lewis!
