I think Donatella's work shows that the brand is just as beautiful and powerful with the duality she brought to it. Her pieces are beautiful in a different way than Gianni's, and I think he'd be proud of what she continues to do with the brand.

Gianni built his brand on those LOUD and bold patterns, but Gianni is also his own artist. Donatella is a completely different person and has her own means and muse. Both extremely talented. Would love to see what Gianni would have done if he were still here

The first ones were actually quite nice. People tend to stray away from bold patterns in fear they may look tacky, but the blouses I have that are similar to that get the most compliments. They’re overpriced for more casual wear, but I don’t think they’re as bad as they were implied to be. That’s just me though.
