How Many Monsters Does Your Amber Island Have??

FINALLY!! FINALLY!!!!! I HAVE AWAITED THIS MOMENT FOR YEARS!

Couple things about that Tring incident: 1) Even under normal circumstances, the quad strategy isn't a guarantee. There's still a small chance that you can end up with the quad you used (as you saw with the Entbrat) or something else if the combination happens to be that of another monster. Still, under normal circumstances, the odds of this are still miniscule, so it's still a good strategy for filling up these monsters. 2) This was not a normal circumstance, as there is a special algorithm with Epic Kayna's breeding combination where it is heavily favored to fail in the quad's side, even when Epic Kayna isn't available. You just happened to stumble into that breeding combination here, which is why you kept getting Trings instead of Stoggs. 3) Considering how much of a pain the quads are to breed on the Fire and Magical Islands, it's worth remembering these combinations, both for obtaining the necessary quad, and for avoiding the incident you just had. For future reference, these combinations are as follows: Fire Haven: Tring + Stogg (of course) Fire Oasis: Sneyser + Phangler Light Island: Blow't + Furcorn Psychic Island: Gloptic + Oaktopus Fairy Island: Pladdie + Drumpler Bone Island: Plinkajou + Fwog Hopefully, this all helps with the rest of your Amber Island adventure.

you don't need to use the quad method for natural double elements because breeding a natural double with single elements means you have 100% of getting that double so i hope that helped

When you were using the Tring and Stogg combination, there's a trick to it, you were using the Epic Kayna Combination, this Combination will give you the Quad Monster 80% of the time.
