One of Melbourne’s favourite tourist attraction, the CONSERVATORY opened in March 1930.
The building copies the Spanish mission architectural style, measuring 30 x 15 metres.
The CONSERVATORY is a vital part of the city’s commitment to excellence in horticulture.
The CONSERVATORY houses magnificent indoor floral displays that are changed 5 times each year.
Hydrangea and Fuchsia : November - February
Begonia and Gloxinia : February - April
Tropical Plant and Poinsettia : April - July
Cineraria and Cyclamen : July - September
Schizanthus and Calceolaria : September - November
