1. Taking time to move into an imaginary act of being in the relationship 2. Knowing that it is done, and that it will show up and happen 3. Keeping consistent thoughts and using the acts or inner conversations to tell yourself that you are in the desire 4. Making it a familiar experience and then it will start to feel real 5. Yes. Sometimes I had that lack of problem where I felt that I wasn't there and that I need to do something in order for me to get in that state of mind. I know that I am in the state of mind and that what I want is already mine and I already have what it is that I want and it is my relationship with my girlfriend that I was telling you about. I am currently on vacation in the Outer Banks, North Carolina until the 9th and even when I'm on vacay, I know that I am in the wish fulfilled and already who I am that is also being pushed out.
