A woman has filed a lawsuit on behalf of her young daughter after a malfunction of a ride at Oaks Amusement Park last week.

    Too early for a lawsuit. There needs to be more time to see if there’s any long term damage.

    Both times I've ridden in the past couple of years, the ride was glitchy. It didn't fully complete the 360, so we had to go a second time each way.
