Sorry for the audio issues the last few videos! When I moved my filming setup my mic settings got messed up - it'll be fixed in a few more videos!
  • @Kimmie546
I agree, your overall look is so much more flattering with your darker blonde. So much softer, gives your skin warmth and life. Love it!

A while ago I saw a hairdresser explain how to apply leave in serum in my hair and have always used this technique… you spread it not only all the the palms of your hands, but you also get it in between your fingers… then you use your fingers like a wide tooth comb to comb the leave in into your hair. This also helps evenly distribute products into your hair. I’m going to try sectioning, especially when shampooing, but I think it will be easier if I shampoo in the kitchen sink instead of standing up in the shower.
  • @kathysharp7551
If only I had enough hair to worry about sectioning 😂

I'm a hairdresser and I have quite literally shared the link to this video with dozens of clients to show them how to correctly care for their hair, especially my blondes!

My hair growth has always been extremely slow. It only grows about 0,5 cm (0,197 inches) a month. It’s also always been very thin and fragile. There have been many times in my youth where people asked me if I had cut my hair when in reality it either thinned out so much at the end that the ends were barely noticeable or just broke off noticeably 😢 As a result I was always very insecure about my hair and kept it short (like everyone in the family because we all have the same bad genetics). When I discovered your channel I thought: Let’s give it one more real try. Everyone in my family told me that we just had bad genetics and it wouldn’t work. Our hair just doesn’t grow long. I had a pixie cut back then with about 1 cm (0,39 inch) long hair. About 2 years later my hair is a bit longer than chin length and healthy 🥺 I know it doesn’t look like a lot for most people but I‘m incredibly proud that I managed to grow it that long and I‘m really hoping that I might even grow shoulder length hair in the next few years thanks to your tipps (and K18 😂) 💪 I‘m incredibly grateful for your channel!

I have been following since 10k and at first you helped me completely transform my skin. Now for the past few months, I have been implementing your haircare tips and I couldn’t be more excited about my progress. If you ever asked me to list all the products you influenced me to buy that I love, I think the list would not fit in one comment section 😂 Keep shining and thank for all you do!!
  • Dear Abbey, thanks for your video and the guidelines! Please keep them going. I had a major chop myself a couple of years ago due to the same reason, and I feel I could already be sharing my knowledge like you do 😅 yet there’s always some new tips to learn. Thanks again!
  • @danielleisinlove
I was so happy to find you on TikTok!! All the tips and tricks that I have learned from you I haven’t really seen a difference in my hair already and I want to thank you for sharing! One thing that has really helped is the coconut oil treatment, but also sectioning off my hair when I am applying any kind of product. It just makes sense to do that and it’s really helped to even just clean my hair and make it feel really good when I am Shampooing.
  • @yara-um6tx
This is so helpful to have so many tips on one video! Thanks so much, you and the Blowout Professor have changed my hair health and quality game!
  • @sonjavancleave2907
You should do a drugstore version of best leave in conditioners next! That would be so helpful! Your hair advice has already helped me so much girl thank you! ♥️🥰🙏
  • @rosemaryyates2154
Hi Abbey! One year and six days ago (but who’s counting) I had a little over six inches cut off my hair. For about three months, I was somewhat miserable; however, through-out this year, I have followed your recommendations. My hair is back, and the healthiest it has been in years. Now, I need to continue to resist the temptation of falling back into bad habits! 😂 Thank you, Abbey!
  • @yuliache5136
As you’re going through your trichology program, I’d really love to hear your take on who could benefit from a visit to a trichologist and for whom it’d be a waste of time & money, provided we are talking about someone average who gets moderate breakage and hair fall that results in ends looking stringy. As well as any suggestions on how to sequence one’s at-home investigation and experiments, types of bloodwork one can do before visiting a trichologist, etc. Thank you!
  • @rosemarybanks7980
Thank you so much for this guide Abbey. Excited to see my own transformation!
  • @danielaresh
