How much House for the Money in Tennessee? In Rutledge and Collinwood, Tennessee they're $240k and LESS. And, they're both attached to Land. The Collinwood House has more than 5200 square feet and the other 2700 square feet. Both houses have also been on the market for awhile, perhaps the size has something to do with it?

    Huge, amazing house at the beginning. A much larger fireplace would have been nice, especially with such a big house and a whole stone wall.

    The log cabin has been under contract three times since it's last listing. I wonder what the issue is, I love it.

    On the dishwasher and oven you can actually take the face color and they usually have 4 different colors that you can turn them around and they have a black, white, almond and usually a green and change the color of the front of them. Especially on the older ones. I've been doing construction and remodeling for years and I run into that quite often.
