i cry out of anger and frustration a lot. when i have consistent mild pain I cry not because it's too painful but because I'm frustrated that I'm out of control of my pain and my body

I take a picture of myself whenever I cry and add it to my folder called “me crying”

Why sometimes we feel so bad, but we don't cry? Its like "I want to cry, but I can't". Why it happens?

I realized, that I started crying more, when I stopped getting angry.
