I was a little embarrassed to admit all the cheesy things that made me cry, but after working on this episode, I've decided that crying is a really valuable reminder of the values you hold and the people (or animals) you care about.     i cry out of anger and frustration a lot. when i have consistent mild pain I cry not because it's too painful but because I'm frustrated that I'm out of control of my pain and my body
