    Another analogy: It’s akin to Hollywood where a writer, director, actor etc. feels they’re paying too much commission when they see say, $250k in commission fees. What they often don’t understand, particularly someone new to the industry, is that they wouldn’t have gotten several more million on the deal without representation bc they don’t know the comps nor understand leverage etc. In that world, best way to pay less commission—make less money, yourself, as the artist . Not the best deal is it? 😂 You nailed it. It’s like representing yourself in court. Not recommended. I enjoy your channel! Keep up the good work. 👍🏾

    I predict this will work against individual agents. Will buyers wait to see a house they are excited about until their agent is available? Miss a couple and that will become antagonistic quickly. There needs to be a team. Or virtual representation What about open houses? Can a buyer only enter witt an agent? If i found thhouse on my own why pay full fee? That fee neefs to be broken down. "Agents need to work hard". Ok.....
