USA shot only 17 threes. Germany shot 45. Lucky for US, Germany had a bad shooting night. Ironically, the Coach (Kerr) known for space and pace is now bogged down in sluggish pace and sticky ball movement. I think the US might be upset by a hot shooting night by Canada, Germany, Serbia or even South Sudan.

Easy answer…the US basketball team expects to win based on status and a hell of a lot of ego. No chemistry, solo plays. The rest of the world plays like a team and talent alone is carrying the US only so far.
