A fun project to tackle. This is all five of the 2005 Game Show Moments Gone Bananas specials, but with practically none of the introductions, segues, or in-studio games. Just 146 minutes of the highest video quality clips, nothing but funny game show moments from the Goodson-Todman and Fremantle libraries. Some of Ben Stein's narration remains. Please let me know if you enjoyed this!

American, Australian, and British game shows and pilots featured include: Atinale al Precio, Beat the Clock, Blankety Blank, Blind Date, Blockbusters, Card Sharks, Child's Play, Distraction, Double Dare, Family Feud, Family Fortunes, I'm With Stupid, I've Got a Secret, Match Game, The Name's the Same, Password, Password Plus, Perfect Match, Press Your Luck, The Price is Right, Puzzlers, Sale of the Century, Say When!!, Scrabble, Showoffs, Super Password, TattleTales, To Tell the Truth, Whammy!, What's My Line?, and Your Face or Mine?

The 1970s and 1980s was the best years to grow up watching these gameshows.

RIP BOB , HE MADE IT TO 99 W/O GOING OVER !!!!😂, we'll miss you.
  • The lady on The Match Game who couldn't remember who husband's name had me cracking up.

Gene Rayburn had a knack for making anything sound dirty, just by that grin of his.

At 1:54:10 it's one of the sweetest moments I've ever seen on any game show. Bless his heart for making an exception in her case and for showing exceptional kindness to Jane there, a woman who obviously was very grateful for what he did and I'd bet she will ALWAYS remember that kind act he did for her that day. It really was great to see a man stick his neck out for another like that and go against the rules to do what he did for her. 👏👏

51:00 Amazing to see Kirsty Alley on a game show before she was famous.

BOB BARKER was always hilarious when something went wrong.
  • The September clip will always be the best! I never saw Richard crack up so hard as he did.

Richard Dawson will ALWAYS be the best host of Family Feud.
  • That kids explained show should make a comeback. It's a timeless concept and is wildly entertaining.

11:30 that question: Something to which you often lose your key?" is worded so terribly that I am surprised ANYONE could understand it, while standing there on stage. And wow, Missy Gold! That's a name I haven't heard since the 80s!

32:05 - "...Name a place where you wouldn't expect to meet a nun?" "A brothel!" Well, you know she's 100% correct...

Gene Rayburn comforting the woman who was so nervous that she couldn’t remember her husband’s name was equally funny and heartwarming. Her husband seemed like a great sport about it too.

Bob Barker narrated the restroom delay off the top of head head wonderfully.
