The Proof Is Out There investigates the world’s most mysterious videos, photos, and audio recordings, and uses the best technology and experts to render a credible verdict. Each episode analyzes and passes verdicts on several seemingly impossible things “caught on film,” including giant beasts, UFOS, apocalyptic sounds, hairy humans, alleged mutants from the deep, conspiracies, and many other cases. Host and veteran journalist Tony Harris takes nothing for granted in a quest for answers, tracking down eyewitnesses, putting each photo or film through a battery of tests, calling out the hoaxes, and highlighting the most credible evidence in an attempt to better understand our world.

I was Navy for 21 years and in 1978 one of our ships was attacked by unknown giant squid that left cuts and curved claws found on the sonar dome. They estimated it to be 150 feet long.

That possum they showed isn’t a brush tail possum, the picture of the live possum was an Opossum which is North American. Wouldn’t expect history channel to get that wrong

This is the reason why I don't step on any ocean....I was really was force to go to my first and last Caribbean cruise...I saw 2 orcas swimming besides the ship...and other creatures floating ad diving back...never again.

The carp is a normal gin rin (scales are thicker sparkling in daylight light) gold koi with black markings. It has a normal face with random markings that actually change with age. It's a tame koi that will become very tame and feed from your fingers.

Why would anyone make up something like that? You can clearly see that it is real. Its the first thing people do now, instead of the sheer wonder of our planet they automatically deny it's existence. very annoying.
