I’ve experienced this before boxing gym and a kickboxing gym 😂 my first time in a boxing gym was a lil intimidating at first because you see all these guys shadow boxing perfectly then when you start doing it for the first time you feel a lil silly doing it yourself infront of a mirror (I remember being paranoid af😂)but the form comes in time.
