We were in Seattle and my friends 5 g phone was not getting reception and our 4 vs phone had full antenna.

A man that works on phones for a living was saying every 5 g phone he has taken apart that there isn't even the 5 g chip in it.

I have an iPhone 14 Pro. And it’s five gees course. But when I visit a friend they have slow Internet. They still use LTE on their phone and I seem to cannot connect. What can I change on my iPhone to go and connect without Wi-Fi remember it is slow old equipment at their house. I hope somebody can answer it for me because I’m learning so so much about this stuff.

Just want to say, not all new phones have 5G. Motorola Stylus still comes in 4G only models which will save you quite a bit of money over a 5G variant. There are a few others as well that don't come with 5G support.
  • @nateo200
I almost always get wayy faster speeds on LTE on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Still nice to have 5G though for future proofing.

Is it actual 5g? There is SA and NSA "Stand Alone" "Non-Stand Alone" or are we having an amplified LTE???
  • @World_Theory
I already have bad 4G coverage where I am. I can't imagine the 5G coverage in my area to be better than the 4G coverage.
  • @TuPhonez4Free
I have 5G UW here at Walmart. No issues at all with my Galaxy S23 Ultra and Verizon. It's the best!
  • @Kai_Exploits
Well if you use t-mobile there is a high chance that your area has very good 5g support

Let's appericiate him for using 7+/8+ as a raiser for those mobiles. Salute sir 0:20
  • I enjoy the ability of being more able with 5g you know grocery pickup etc but the biggest con about 5g is the phones, the Samsung galaxy phones need you to make an account that powers and makes the phone function, it also is a security system and app manager, then you have your email accounts LOL write all your accounts down your usernames and passwords including the Samsung account info or you will be activating the next galaxy device for 2 hours.

I live only 0.29 miles away from the T-Mobile tower that is using B25, B41, and B71 for 5G and B2, B4, B12, B66, and B71 for 4G LTE and on my Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone from inside my bedroom, I'm getting 1,200/50 over 5G and 200/25 over 4G LTE. However, I can now stream 4K from YouTube and other streaming services without it buffering anymore over 4G LTE.

I just lost my 5G coverage switching to a cheaper carrier that only offers 4G. I find no difference on my iPhone 13. I can watch videos, stream music, surf the web and social media just as good on LTE as I could on 5G. Maybe if I was using a desktop on LTE vs 5G instead of a mobile phone, its very minimal difference. 20 Gbit connection is not needed at all on a cell phone. Also way better rural coverage on LTE and especially 3G vs 5G. The range of the tower is just better on LTE. (We still have 2G and 3G coverage here in Canada on 850MHz)

I Love T-Mobile been with them since 2018 and got the note 10 plus 5G the moment 5G came out it wasnt worth it at the time but i was ready for when it hit michigan lol
  • @fladoodel
I don't notice a difference at all between 4 and 5g, if anything 5g seems slower
  • @ufomarc2
Even though I love the outline of your video, you need to answer questions as to what the last model year was for 4G phone, as well as what are the health effects between 4G technologies LTE, as well as the 5Z millimeter wave technology that is a military technology, and it adds a high degree of radiation as further reports coming out of the country of France these days for the iPhone 12s so please do another video addressing the health effects of 4G LTE and 5G millimeterwave technologies. Please thank you and have a great rest of the year.!!!😇🌟🖖📲

Sometimes 5G is better coverage than 4G like inside buildings like where i work 4G gets 3 bars 5G gets full bars
  • @Padam91
"It's been five years since 5G has came out, but even if you don't have a phone that does not support it..." What is happening to people's grammar?
