I just got out of the theater and holy shit. I can’t believe what I just watched. I just know that I need to watch it again.
  • Agreed- fun romp with tons of action and laughable bits. Worth another watch as I found myself laughing over comical dialogue. Glad you had fun and I hope everyone else does too.

    I got a 12am showing in a couple of hours. CAN'T WAIT!!!

2 posts credits? There was only 1 for me…. Unless you’re including the montage footage.

Saw it today. Great film. Looking forward to the physical release.

I’m really glad you loved that movie, John.

I saw it today and the cameos are not cameos. They are integral to the story and the poking fun of 20th Century Fox is played out throughout every scene of this film. I want to see a slightly extended cut of this film because misdirection is played out really well.

the story is pretty messy and you need to be up to date with everything happening in the mcu

GOT MY WOLVERINE POPCORN BUCKET AND CUP BAY BAY!!!! Movie fam, people were buying the merch/collectibles like crazy at my AMC theater. The hype is real!!

My only disappointment was that the X-Men weren’t in it at all. I was really hoping to see them all together one last time (and finally with their classic costumes). Still, so much fun. One of the best cinema experiences I’ve had in ages.

i didn't think it had any effect on Main MCU or Sacred Timeline as they call it. But nice tight story.
  • It will be interesting to see how his opinion changes at least from a technical standpoint. I don't think this was as good of a film as Deadpool 2, but to John's point it is different. It was enjoyable to watch for me. But I think the last act suffered by a lengthy scene with the Deadpool Corps that didn't make narrative sense and took away from making Cassandra Nova a better villain
