I feel like rich people always have random people in their house
  • @starlifeforce
That's good investment. He has the money, provides others with jobs. That's how you elevate your game.

I like learning about what all goes into getting a player ready for the game. It's great that Draymond is taking care of his body. Hopefully, he'll be in the shape that Vince Carter is in at 40.

I heard he also got a kickboxing coach... You can just see the evidence

if I were in the NBA I would have hired a chef, nutritionist and trainer immediately. even on an NBA minimum salary
  • @gangster8540
And that's why dreymond is probably going to win defensive player of the year and be an NBA champion
  • I swear I eat like processed microwave bullshit ... I know dam well i would feel great if I had chef cooking the good stuff everyday...

We need more of this training and nutrition stuff with more detail. It's entertaining.

If your body is your career, as a basketball player, you need to make sure everything is tip top every day. As he stated, you can't eat McDonald the day before a game and expect to play your best on game day. Just doesn't work that way. Never has. Put good in, get good out.

Draymond would've been the absolute star in the 90s NBA. Today's league is so soft is it never was... Keep it up, D!
